Our products
Types of Fuel Transfer Pumps
GP Pressure Pump Sets
- Multiple burner, appliances or service tanks supplied with one GP pressure unit.
- Appliances installed at different heights.
- Modulating burners when using the Inpro Oil Burner Inlet Assembly.
- Oil Supply installation using ‘dead leg’ pipework. GP unit does not need external controls.
- GP units operate on an internal pressure switch only pumping fuel when required.
- Pressure regulators may be required at oil inlet to burners/appliances.
- Limited suction lift may require GP unit to be sited near the oil tank.
GPS Suction Units
- Oil supply to appliance by gravity feed, GPS unit must be higher than appliance(s).
- Various GPS models available with different sizes of reservoir.
- Standard unit has 2 outlets for 2 appliances, more outlet versions available to special order.
- Suction lift 9m vertical or 200m horizontal.
- Oil supply installations using ‘dead leg’ pipework. GPS unit does not need external controls.
- Anti siphon valve or ‘normally closed’ solenoid valve required at the main oil tank when oil level in tank is above GPS level.
- Special GPS models available with greater reservoir, for acting as power generator reservoir
- Special GPS models available with larger flow, for high output or modulating burners
RL Ring System Pressure Units
- Pump for ‘Ring Main’ oil transfer systems.
- Single or multiple appliances at same height or varying height.
- Suitable for high output or modulating burners.
- For use on oil supply installations where a GP ‘dead leg’ system is not practical.
- A back pressure relief valve (overflow valve) is required to maintain adequate pressure in the ‘Ring Main’.
- Special RL units available for aggressive or heated non-standard fuels.
