SUNTEC T Pump Series

T PUMP SERIES

The SUNTEC T oil pump is engineered for industrial heating applications utilising light or heavy oils with high capacity. It features a preheater location to facilitate easier cold starting and protect against damage from high-viscosity oil. This pump is compatible with domestic oil, HVO, and B100, and can process higher viscosity oils when heated below 75 cSt. Its gear set draws oil for transfer to an external valve, which regulates the oil pressure; SUNTEC recommends using a SUNTEC TV valve for this purpose

Applications and Specific Features

  • Targeted Application: Primarily designed for use in industrial heating applications
  • Broad Fuel Compatibility: It is compatible with domestic oil, HVO, and B100. Higher viscosity oils can also be utilised by ensuring the oil is pre-heated to reduce its viscosity below 75 cSt before entering the pump.
  • Integrated Preheating Facility: The pump body contains a dedicated cavity for an electric preheater, positioned for maximum heat transfer to the oil within the pump. This feature is vital for preventing damage when starting with high viscosity cold oil and can maintain oil fluidity during burner shutdowns.
  • External Pressure Regulation: The pump's internal gear set draws oil and then transfers it to an external valve for precise pressure regulation, with SUNTEC specifically recommending their TV valve for this function.
  • Shaft Rotation Options: Available with either clockwise (A) or anti-clockwise (C) shaft rotation, as observed from the shaft end. It's crucial to note that selecting or changing to the anti-clockwise 'C' rotation necessitates reversing all pump connections.
  • High Capacity Design: The pump is engineered to manage applications requiring a substantial oil flow capacity.
  • Operational Fluid Parameters: It operates effectively with an oil viscosity range of 2 - 75 mm²/s (cSt) and can handle oil temperatures within the pump from 0 - 150°C.

Anglo Nordic Transfer Pumps - T Series

The ANTP T oil transfer pump is a robust unit for supplying pressurised fuel to ring mains, service tanks, or high-level burner systems. Unlike other models, it requires a separate TV valve for pressure regulation, while still delivering dependable performance with Suntec or Delta gear pumps and handling both light and heavy oils.
